cnbs-predictor documentation
=============================

**cnbs-predictor** forecasts the key components of Net Basin Supply (NBS) —
precipitation, evaporation, runoff, and NBS itself — for the Laurentian Great
Lakes, using NOAA Climate Forecast System (CFS) data out to twelve months at
monthly intervals.

This site is the **reference manual**: installation, usage, and the API
generated from the source docstrings. For onboarding notes, design rationale,
