cnbs-predictor documentation

cnbs-predictor forecasts the key components of Net Basin Supply (NBS) — precipitation, evaporation, runoff, and NBS itself — for the Laurentian Great Lakes, using NOAA Climate Forecast System (CFS) data out to twelve months at monthly intervals.
